What Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide us with when you use the Cargo Equipment.com web site. This information includes the password that you choose when you log-in using your Cargo Equipment Sales Customer Number (Logging-In enables existing customers to charge to their Open Account (if they have one), and gives them the option to select from multiple shipping addresses (if they have more than one) upon checkout). All new customers who do not log-in are assigned a customer number with which we associate your billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, phone number and any other information you provide us with the intent to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner. We also collect e-mail addresses in order to send you featured products, from which you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on links provided in broadcast e-mails.

How we use your personal information
We never sell or rent any of the information you provide us with to third parties.

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• to complete your purchase transactions
• to provide the services you request
• to send you our catalogs and other offerings through the mail
• to send you monthly web specials if you so choose
• to contact you about the status of your order

When you make a credit card transaction we collect your name, your billing address for the card, the card type, number, and expiration date. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order, i.e. name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s).
